Looking at down trackers it seems the login / ubisoft connect servers are having issues (I get the same error)

Hey folks

The team are aware of these reports and have recently informed us this issue should now be resolved. Please try logging in again at this time after a full restart of Ubisoft Connect from task manager.

If you are still experiencing the same error there's a few workarounds that should resolve this problem.

Workaround 1:
- Clear your Ubisoft Connect cache.[www.ubisoft.com]
- Next open up the Command Prompt and type the following to disconnect from the internet: ipconfig /release
- Next type the following: ipconfig /renew
- This should reset the local IP address of your computer. After doing so please try logging in, if the issue persists please give the second workaround a try.


Workaround 2:
- Open Task Manager and right click on the Ubi Connect app and select 'end task'
- Launch any downloaded Ubisoft game from its .exe file on your desktop or installation folder
- The launcher will ask you to log in to your account
- The Ubisoft Connect will close after logging in and the game should launch as normal
- Launch Ubisoft Connect afterward and it should work as intended without any error messages.

I am experiencing this issue, neither workarounds are working for me.
I'm experiencing the same exact thing just now. No workaround works. I even reinstalled, and still nothing.

It worked for me two hours ago, but i needed to leave for a walk with my dog and coming back to this. Rly nice

This is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ - tried all the fixes (the release / renew cracks me up lol waste of time) - doesn't matter if I launch from launcher or via the game directly result is the same. The problem is at YOUR end or YOUR ♥♥♥♥ launcher - please fix.
also here the same problems with every ubisoft game on steam which is verified like Division 2, Immortals Fenix rising and so on... Come one we payed for that
