New DLC already playable on Public Test Server

As it is said by Youtuber Charles, the new Brooklyn DLC will be available to play on the PTS from today on, which you can download from your game library if you own the game.

Did anybody try this? I did, Brooklyn-Traveling is already integrated in your map there. But if you go to the helicopter-pilot and choose Brooklyn as your goal, it directs you to the shop, which is empty. And you can't buy the DLC in Ubisoft Connect yet. So why that hype for the PTS today? Charles did a Live-Stream about it that lasted for hours...
