In the two years I've played here, I've never read a single word from YOU about cheaters or what you do against them. ZERO. I just saw a lvl. 121k.. sure, SHD 121k.. And should I play in the dark zone or in PVP to entertain them? Or waste time making reports that I don't even know what they're for?

About cheaters.
Ubisoft hve never ever cared about cheaters since Day1.
They just dont care.

The only time as i know it was when cheaters managed to get stuffs from the shop.
that time ubisoft rerolled the servers about 7 days back.

The rest they dont care about.
DZ has been a slaughter fest for cheaters all the time.

there is no hacks to boost shd lvls all who is with crazy shd lvl is from bugs what came 5 years back in game when they first launched shd system

Also ... "cheater" is not only someone who uses other "soft". Using (and abusing) bugs or exploits, as well as many other things - is also considered cheating

I think the shd level boost is from certain exploit/glitch(but i think is all fixed now) but idk if cheat can increase level honestly(of course in this game because in other game is possible maybe but im not expert).

Just a little update: Today I had the honor of playing with a 141.3k level. And I say it's an honor, because after 6k hours (2 years) of daily play with 2 or more active directives I'm just a poor level 15k..

There was a glitch some time back where you could kill NPCs comming out from a bus i think in Lao mission.

Players could kill infinitive NPCs for as long as they wanted. Getting their SHD up by enormous ammount.

As usual Ubi didnty do anything about the players but just fixed the glitch.

That's why it's better to avoid pvp altogether, in div 1 never paid any attention to it at all, just enjoy the game

I have never set foot in Ubisoft PvP. I've been humiliated enough in the dark zone.
