Specialization weapon eliminations not counting, Scout week 6, video

I tried several signature weapons and made sure no other NPCs are around or status effects were involved. None of my Signature weapon kills counted towards the Scout activity.
Anyone else has this problem?

The video shows me shooting two NPCs with the TAC sniper rifle and the counter stays at zero.

I have the same problem except i AM in Judiciary Square. Killed a few with my TAC-50, 0/25. Switched to demolitions and killed some more with the MGL, 0/25. Thought maybe they wanted a weapon that is specialisation locked, but not the specialisation weapon itself, so i switched to gunner and got some kills with the gunners P320. 0/25

Edit restarting the game fixed it

Yeah i have done that a couple of times, thinking whats going on and then noticed i'm in the next area LOL
