sd points 1000 WTF?

As stated. how i am i supposed to get 1000? I barely get 15-20 a day if i play all day and push hard. I just started a month ago. Is there a way to get points faster? At the rate I am going it will take me a year to get that. Why bother the reward is just more grinding? Why do al these games stick to greed time wasters rather then JUST MAKE A GAME THAT PEOPLE WANT TO PLAY. Your literally killing games for kids. My daughter hates every one of these time wasters only plays fast FPS types. They still have greed but at least you feel powerful instead of being a SLAVE to someones grind money machine.
I know the baby's here will get gud me! but your only good because of the grind you went through to get to that level or cheating. I do not mind a grind if it's out come makes you feel like your time was well spent. This RNG BS does not. Love the game want to play but a year long grind just to get even with everyone? I only have time to play a few hours day mainly.

What difficulty are you playing at? Challenging or Heroic with 4 or 5 directives active and you should get 15-20 in an hour just from open world stuff. Also there are the 3XP and 5XP events. There was a 5XP just 3 weeks ago. I think there is a 3XP coming event soon, maybe end of the month. With those events you get 3 or 5 times the XP for 1000 lvls.
Don't get too hung up on the 'I must get even with ppl' just enjoy playing, it will come.

Wait until you realize the real grind isn't SHD 1K, but Expertise 28. SHD 1K is nothing compared to the real Expertise grind. But honestly, it feels daunting, just take your time and try to put it in the background as a secondary activity to getting and making builds, exotic chasing, etc. You'll have a lot to do with trying to optimize gear and getting all your stat rolls. One idea to help might be going for a striker's build to mow down pve activities fairly quickly to grind xp. Also challenging with directives is usually the best way to get the most xp at a good trade off rate per hour without feeling like a massive slog. If that is too hard, go down to hard with directives etc.

15-20 levels per day is quite normal for a normal player. Not everyone has an urgent need to sit in The Division for days and without any purpose or meaning to grind up the SHD level , because least are another games (and I also heard that people have a real life, they even go outside ... but this is probably a fairy tale, I think ).

15-20 levels per day is quite normal for a normal player. Dude. I work a full time job and still hit 100 SHD levels in the few hours I play. Last season when I started a new HC character I hit 1k in a week. Really not that hard nor does anybody really have to allocate a lot of time to hit 1k. The game pretty much holds players hands to hit 1k. this is without a doubt one of the easiest game to level up in.

doing daily, weekly projects + weekly invasions on heroic with 4x directions and farming DZ landmarks can get you to 1k SHD in a week, two weeks tops easy.

Really not that hard to do at all. That's not cheesing or explointing XP, that's just playing the game, not fast traveling and doing all actives you encounter while doing daily/weekly projects.

Don't see how anyone in this game can struggle to get past 20 SHD levels in a day.

As soon as you are on level 40 (1) then you can access Global Events you can use these to level up fast, you have two really good ones that level you up fast and they are: x3 XP and x5 XP Global Events, and there are the other Global Events like Hollywood, Reanimated etc that are great for levelling up. Just keep running around and do your Weekly Projects etc
