Severe Stuttering and FPS Drops in The Division 2 After Y6S3.1 Update – Anyone Else Experiencing This?
Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out because I'm experiencing a **serious performance degradation in The Division 2** following the **Y6S3.1 Title Update (March 18, 2025)**.

### 🧩 **The Problem:**

- The game runs smoothly for the first 8–10 minutes after launch.
- Then, suddenly, I start getting **severe stuttering and freezing**, making the game almost unplayable.
- Even after Alt+Tab or reducing settings, the issue persists (or slightly improves, but not fully).
- Prior to this update, I had **zero performance issues for months**.

### 🖥️ **My System Specs:**

- **CPU**: Intel Core i7-13620H
- **GPU**: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU (8 GB)
- **RAM**: 16 GB DDR5 5200 MHz
- **Storage**: NVMe SSD
- **Windows 11, latest updates and NVIDIA driver (v572.83 from March 18)**

### ✅ **What I’ve Already Tried:**

- Clean driver install (latest and older NVIDIA drivers)
- Removed antivirus software completely (ESET, previously Bitdefender)
- Disabled Ubisoft and Nvidia overlays
- Reduced graphics settings and enabled frame limiter (60/72 FPS)
- Tested with CapFrameX – frametime spikes show consistent stuttering after 10 minutes
- Clean background processes – nothing unusual running
- Fully updated Windows, BIOS, chipset, etc.

### 🧪 **CapFrameX Logs Confirm**:
- **Normal GPU and CPU usage**, but high frametime deviation (~65%)
- **Nearly 20% of the play session affected by stuttering**

### ❓ Has anyone else experienced similar issues after the latest update?

At this point, I’m just trying to confirm if I’m alone in this or if others are affected too.

If you’re seeing similar stutters or performance issues, please share your experience or setup – even brief replies help.

I’ve already opened a support case with Ubisoft and submitted logs, but have not received a response yet.
