Is HUNK from Resident Evil a purchaseable skin from the store?

You dont have to be like that. I bought both games just now but i cant just install the second game first on a slow ass connection before i even play the first. I figured the games outght to be good given the reviews so i d buy them either way, especially on that discount. I still would like to know whether the in game store offers previously event-available skins is all. Its really a quick look at the in game store, really.
