Level 40 in 2024

Hello guys,

Been having a good time in the game, started playing not event a month ago.

Just hit level 40 and got spammed for new activities and new missions: incursion, dz, raid, a lot of new projects with little time (1 2 days), world level maps, sdh, season quests, hunts and so.

I hit 40 by doing the story before even the first stronghold.

Now that i finished the invaded stronghold the maps reseted and i think i'm at map level 1.

What is the best advice to go from here or in what order should i look for the activities?

Should i head to map level 5 or it doesn't really make a difference?

I have still the entire DLC to be done, for now i'm just hanging around the map having fun with control point level and loot.

Where should i go to get better gear too? i currently have a good set of buff (i don't know the name is english but should be something like "virtuous") and initial weapons.

Should i look for every loot to dismantle for the workshop specification? look for named itens in specific missions or activities? just upgrade expertise?
