Ubisoft connect?

Do you still need Ubisoft connect to play this game or is it purely on steam?

Will this still require UBI soft launcher and play through it like EA

For every game that is published by UB you need their launcher, this one included. Buying the game here is simply getting it in another store. You will need to install the Connect launcher and have an account at UB as well. If you really want it you might as well get it directly from UB without the need to start steam every time you play.

In fact you pay for a shortcut on steam. But you can add for free any shortcut to your steam library XD

It launches on steam, but does like EA games, requires the UBIsoft connect like EA requires Origin to validate and let you play.

Uplay or This §?

I played the game 100+ hours on UPLAY and got bored because of UPLAY,

Does this version open it ? Is it "stable" and worth to do the game again?

because of the integration into steam like trading cards and achie.... wait, they didnt do any of that. move on, this is nothing more than a link to uconnect. if you own it there you have literally no reason to buy it here other than to waste money.
