No value. You get access to the other classes as well you just need to unlock them And with the spec revamp you have to unlock them again even if you buy the ultimate edition now.

Since I have everything except ULTIMATE pack on UPlay already, and ULTIMATE pack can't be bought separately, I wonder if buying Steam's Ultimate edition unlocks ultimate stuff for my UPlay's online profile or not. If anyone tried it, I will appreaciate feedback.

I was trying to find information about what the ultimate edition is and besides the skins/emotes/level boost/etc they mention on the store page, there are the "Classified Missions", which give backpack trophies, a little cosmetic thing you can equip. There are 8 of those missions.

Nope, that is not part of Ultimate pack (even though it is part of Ultimate edition), but Year 1 Pass. I have that one though.

You need Warlords of New York Expansion if you want to progress past Level 30 to the new Level 40 and enter New York and participate in Seasons and endgame content.

Classified Assignments are a total of eight self-contained missions which are very much worth it. You can find several collectibles during the run including the Backpack Trophy. You only get one chance per run to get everything since once you exit, the Classified Assignment becomes temporarily unavailable for a week.
