how can i trade materials between characters?

ive bought it with my first character from Inaya al Khaliq but it's not possible with the second character

Once you hit level 30 world tier (somewhere between WT 3-5) go to the construction bench and you purchase (no actual in game currency involved) the "materials sharing" plans from Imala

When you have completed NY, you have to go and buy 2 blueprints from Inaya in the whitehouse. It's the top 2, very cheap. This has to be done for both characters. if you then create another just that one.
