Black Tusk Activities?

My weekly project tells me to do these but I cannot find anything labeled as such, done several missions that are against them but they don't seem to count. People online keep saying it's in the red portion of the map but nothing there says Black tusk outside of Strongholds.

Kelso's project - "Kill 20 Black Tusks"? This quest can't be completed this week, as there are no Black Tusks in the area. Tomorrow, the quest will be changed to killing Hyenas instead of Black Tusks. Wait for tomorrow's update, and then you can complete the quest.

Edited: from the comment below I understood what project is needed. Yes, everything is described there correctly, look for the Black Tusks activity in West Potomac Park (near Tidal Basin).

faction "activities" are those open world activities excluding control points (i.e. supply convoy, public execution, territory control, propaganda broadcast etc). If the area has red control points, these will spawn. In case of Black Tusk, you can find plenty of these in the West Potomac Park (southern district, where Tidal Basin is located)
