Lexington level up?

I just received the Lexington veteran reward and i'm level 7. Will i be able to upgrade the level for this rifle or it will be forever at 7?

you will be able to upgrade to max when you reach it.

only guns what lvl can upgrade is exotics when you recraft it

You sure can upgrade and re-roll stats for ANY weapon or gear piece not just exotics.

The level?
No.

Exotics can be "reconfigured" through a blueprint at the workstation which essentially upgrades it's stats to your workbench's current level.

Normal weapons can be "crafted" at the workbench's current level.

But reconfigure and crafting do not exist for named weapons.



While you can raise the "expertise level" of weapons, and/or upgrade specific stats/attributes through optimization or tinkering, these upgrades shouldn't be confused with what you are asking about.


So again, if the weapon level is what you are specifically asking about, then the answer is no.

For named weapons there is no way to turn a level 7 weapon into a level 30 or 40 weapon other than simply replacing it.

At least that is my understanding.

if that weapon gets added to legendary loot pool then it might drop from target loots , like all other weapon / named weapons drops
