Micro stuttering

Locked to 60 fps with no dips but open world i feel some micro stutters quite often, anyone know a fix?

Set world graphics to medium and shadow graphics to low, and don't cap frames to 60, also if you're struggling with 2k/4k resolutions, make it 1080p. I don't get stutters or throttles any more with high-med settings at 1080p

I have got mini freeze and solved to changed ssd on windows partition.

The first thing i did was disable frame cap, and that fixed it! tyvm, its odd because usually capping frames actually helps with stuttering.

I have capped it on 144 and not have it.
