anyone else getting weird loot?

so even when im like not around endgame with lvl 10 and lvl 20 agent has anyone else been getting lvl 40 gear very early when exploring and looting?

Same, I assume it is to get an early start on gearing up level 40.

i get the same...i assumed it was a bug might be one...but its very consistent so it also might be a way for new players to get a hold of decent gear for later.

i mean sure but honestly it doesnt make sense in the grand scale of trying to upgrade the current on-level gear yk?
every game thus far kept giving you items on your level or 1-2 levels higher because XP scaling and already prepairing the player of stronger enemys but... 20+ levels higher gear thats only meant for endgame which already takes a good while to grind for? x_x ubisoft doesnt make sense this year around

when does ubi ever make sense.

when ubisoft still had made proper games back in 2010 roughly :p but this year especially they just have been a ton worse from "you gamers dont own your games" to them killing their games and else

Going to point this out:
I've only seen the NEW gear from the most recent update doing that on the character I'm currently leveling. I suspect they simply didn't put 'lower level' versions of that gear in the loot pool after their 'unified endgame' update. So now when it drops, it always drops as lvl 40. Oversight/bug, I assume.

i mean it would be in-line with the consistant issues of "DELTA-03" currently with NYC :p
i just find it for myself a bit annoying when i just want to find gear thats a bit onlevel without feeling i get constantly shredded (part of my gear is still like 3 lvls lower because of the lvl 40 gear being pushed onto me)

they give you the higher level loot so you have something to work for. Its been like that since the first division game

again as i mentioned before... it doesnt make sense for a character to get gear thats 30-20 levels higher when you get gear that should be on the actual characters level like any other MMO (also i had NEVER recieved end-game gear on Division 1 unless it was some exclusive gear i recieved via mailbox which is still in my storage)

either way, it doesnt still make sense (unless it does end up being a bug) to give the players end-game gear when they arent close to even have access to those end-game areas and still should continue to have on-level gear (or maybe 1-2 levels higher)

just sell in shop that lvl 40 gear and buy for your lvl

Level 40 gear only drops that wasn't there at the start of the game (it was added later. and this started back in 2019-2020, when new gear brands started appearing in the game). The game simply doesn't have this gear below level 40 because it doesn't make sense. That's the whole mystery.

P.S. Especially for LenAirhead. While you're leveling up to level 40, you don't care what gear and build you have, you'll beat the game in anything! During this period, level 40 gear is just as much trash as everything you get from level 1 to 39. If you don't need these things - destroy them, or sell them, or use them for expertise level.
