HI...pls agents, someone can tell me how to finish these two itens?
And, if someone have a full journey guide explain how to finish every step and every tier or video would be very nice.

Well, you can craft those 15 pieces at the crafting station. Find the cheapest thing to craft and go for it.

I assume you are pretty low level, otherwise you'd be able to easily loot 60 pieces of specialized gear.

Remember, you only need 6 of the 8 objectives, so if I were you, I'd ignore both of those objectives that you circled and do 3 descent loops (this is very easy and fast) and finish killing Tue Sons in the Southwest zone (load into a mission in Southwest to make it easier).
