What is this season pass bs?

I bought the Ultimate Edition of the game, i got XP for my Season Pass and the game even says for me to check the Season Pass window to claim my rewards, but when i go it says i need to buy premium. wtf???

Given seasons 2.0 is a different seasonal layout, I am not sure if the Ultimate Edition has been adjusted to the new model. I would reach out to customer support.

What did they really say? I find it hard to believe they said this.

Reach back out to speak with another rep and ask for a refund or credit to put towards the new seasonal pass.

they said nothing can be done (which is clearly a lie) and that's it.

ultimate edition got nathing to doo with seasonal stuf
if you want paid season track you must buy it separate

Ultimate Edition contains old-school "Season pass", which was a thing before even seasons were introduced 3 or 4 years ago. Anyway, since then, there are about 3 seasons per year, which always had a free track and paid track. Edition of Division has no effect on current season mechanic. Ultimate edition is just bundle with Warlords of New York DLC and some cosmetic bundles. But for discounted price, it still worth it. That content, unlike new season mechanics, doesn't actually suck. Seasons always had to be bought, if you want premium items from them.
