Failed to synchronize achievements on launch

'Failed to synchronize achievements' each time I launch Division 2.

I've tried a number of things such as clearing out files for the launcher.
Restarting the Ubisoft services.
Exiting the Ubisoft launcher.
Ensuring all Ubisoft software is set excluded from firewall.

The only fix is a reboot of my computer each time I want to play. Eventually my device will go into sleep mode after exiting the game, I'll go to launch it, then the issue will return.

Kind of tired of rebooting, any suggestions?

Found a fix - launch the game from Ubisoft launcher directly, this resolved for me.
