New Character bug

When creating a new agent, after boosting to level 30 then reaching level 40, unlocking the watch, I logged out at SHD level 9, but the next time I logged on my new character, that character was the same level as my previous character (SHD 5,767) and I have a total of 5,767 SHD points to spend for my watch on my new agent. Even after logging off and quitting the game, my new character was still the same level as my previous character and I still the relative SHD points to spend.

I also notice when switching back to my old character, my seasonal level from my new character transferred to my old character. I haven't progressed the season on my old character, but reached level 9 on my new character and when logging onto my old character I was then level 9 for the seasonal level.

Anyone else experience this and have a temporary work around or fix? When at the main menu, my new character doesn't even seem to have a level displayed either.
