Offline TD2
Since bought Ubisoft games may be no longer available to play by "smart" decision of "smart" people in Ubisoft (hello The Crew 1) Massive Int should already think on 10 years ahead and about implementing offline mode into The Division 2.
To be clear, I do not believe Ubisoft will hold The Division 1 and 2 on their servers whole life, everything may happen in the future but at least people should have access to their bought games forever, not just mark in Library, I mean you start and play.

For some people game they spent time in is more than just game, it place where they go away from world tension or any personal, it place where they get good memory , afterwards nostalgia, place where people meet other gamers, money spent on game (DLC, in-game currency to buy seasons) it everything may gone , it should not be like that ,like with The Crew 1, every player bought game has right to have full access to the game ,no matter after 2 days or 10 years , like we were buying CD for our playstation 2 many years ago and still can play. Condition to be connected to online services is game's cancer and such incredible games as The Division 1 and 2 must have offline mode in the future to not take away games we had bought

Don't buy online-only games, once they start to loose (a lot of) money on these IPs and projects it will change. Either that, or they go out of business within few years. There are plenty of games that do not require a launcher or live connection. And if you continue to buy their online titles you are basically agreeing with how games are setup and sold (which actually isn't true).

The only option you have to persuade these companies to create other kind of games is by not buying what they're offering at the moment. I haven't bought a UB game for years now and also have no intention to change it. They lost me with TD2 and the complete overhaul of the game. There was a reason I bought it at release, and changing products on the fly is not what I expect to happen. My car still has the same engine and colour, and don't expect that the dealer is going to 'upgrade' that when it's being serviced.

Chances of TD games going offline are none, never going to happen. Same as any other game that requires online services. And community will never get code to support these services themselves. Reveal to much information on how to get into their systems.

TD2 is only one game I'm attached to, no intention to buy other Ubi games at all. Everything just boring garbage
