Is determined bugged or reworked ?
I toght if you get a headshot kill your next shot would count as headshot but only once.
But now as long as i one shot enemys it never closes which is riddiculously broken.
I also feel like stupid because i was using mantis to reflesh decoy and only go for the head while i can simply take white death get a single headshot and blast everything in my sight with a bodyshots

Yeah devs tried to fix it, but they messed it up even more, so they reverted it back to initial state and didn't bother any more.

Its better this way tbh allmost all enemys moves like a spastic and lags from the servers makes it even harder to hit headshots. I hope it stays this way from now on

Regular determined with Headhunter or Perfect Headhunter and HotShot set max talent = Get 1 heads hot kill, then infinite chain one shot kills by shooting in foot.
Really fun build.
I use with Ninja BP and chain kills with Carbon get just above 23 million damage and White Death hits for 26 million.
On this build I use both snipers as primary and secondary. WD with long rang scope and Carbon with no scope. Both with regular Determined.
While it is super fun to one shot everything, it actually takes a little fun out of the game and does get boring even though it is very effective.
There are a lot of builds like this.
OH, and the build is completely headshot damage maxed on everything using Sharpshooter spec.

Perfect Headhunter is an item named Chainkiller. Honestly im not even using an exotic armour piece in that build. But im thinking for one.
What i use for backpack is Airaldi its set bonus gives %10 marksman rifle damage and have vigilance it gives %25 more damage. Its the highes dps buff you can get for a backpack.
Alternatively hotshot backpack alows you to miss as many times you want its trait will allways stays open. And its not a bad deal. But what alternative exotic i can get.

One of the best alternative is Sawyer's Kneepads which it only gives %30 damage buff by changing to that i will not only get %5 less damage i will also lose core %15 damage and get %20 less damage.

Other alternative is Cayote Mask this is acualy more do able. Because this time im only sacrificing %25 damage buff %10 headshot buff to get %31 critical hit chance. İf i could acualy make my entire build for critical hit chance and headshot damage i could get up to %79 critical hit chance for the sacrifice of %80 headshot damage. And i just sacrificed %80 headshot damage for extra %69 critical hit damage.

So why Cayote Mask and critical chance build might work better than full headshot build ?
Because Cainkiller (Prefected Headhunter) caps you maximum headshot damage based on your weapons base damage not based on how much headshot damage you have. And its a hard cap only way to bypass this and hit even harder is by critical hits. Having higher headshot damage rate only increases how fast you can reach max stack prefected headhunter. After %150 headshot damage you will get max benefit out of this perk anyway.

Damn this acualy make alot more sense than i toght. After 3 year im gona change my build to try this out

I don't use Chainkiller Chest. I farmed it and was cool, but found out that you don't need Perfect Headhunter. You can put the regular version of Headhunter on another piece and get same effect.
I use the Ninja BP so I can minmax my other two pieces.

Mask is HG Mask:
Primary core Weapon dmg < swapped Took forever to farm good drop.
Crit chance
Headshot
Headshot <mod

Athena Missile Vest:
Primary core Weapon dmg
Headshot
Crit dmg
Headshot<mod

Ninja BP headshot <mod

Both White Death and Carbon are at
1.3 million, I'm at expertise 14

In stats
Weapon dmg 1.3m
Crit chance 16
Crit dmg 57
Headshot dmg 347

All Weapons Damage Bonus 119
Marksman Rifle Damage Bouns 90

That's about as minmaxed as I could get running the Ninja.
I use it it a most builds. Addicted to the excessive build options with it.
Haven't really experimented outside of the Nina even though I've seen cool one shot builds that don't use it to take advantage of more bonus armor talents and such.

Cayote mask didn't worked because they limited crit chance to %60 and crit doesnt multiply with headshot rate. What happens is Headhunter takes headshot rates and calculates headshot damage alone than crit damage calculates from base weapon damage and additioned to headshot damage so going for only headshot damage is acualy right choice.

I regret even trying now im out of monney and forced to do some bountys :(

Since you have mentioned i have vent and farmed a god roll providence chest piece to see the diffrence. And there is a diffrence. With Providence piece i get %341 headshot damage. And with Chainkiller i get %326 headshot damage. But the diffrence is while normal headhunter gives %125 damage boost prefected gives %150. With providence i get %15 extra headshot damage while Chainkiller gives extra %25 damage and %5 weapon damage. Sure Chainkiller is far harder to farm and you have to get a god roll to make it worth. But if you do have a god roll Chainkiller it does make a huge diffrence.

By changing Providence piece my damage droped around 1 to 2 m

Normaly having prefected headhunter shouldnt give an edge at max stack but maybe just maybe at that second shot before you reach the max stack you are making %25 extra damage so maybe it does calculates max stack from that damage number to make 1-2 m damage diffrence.
Im consistently hitting 28-30 m damage with white death right now
