We can call Ubisoft lazy for reusing the same bad guys, but the story stands. Parnell said Isac is easy to deceive.
It is so nice that devs added more cutscenes in seasons ,but still not enough for adding some actions. If in next season we kill target and won't make sure so what worth storyline, especially when to look back rogues we eliminated , they all may be alive
Was still a pretty cool mission and completely unexpected outcome. I for one wasn't disappointed.
I will 100% guarantee that when the NYC DLC story was written it was not written in mind that the game's life cycle would go on after the WoNY 1st year of Manhunt missions. The content for The Division 2 was supposed to end in 2021, but given the high demand for new content, we got much more than what was planned, which I think we gotta appreciate that they have been writing and developing in-depth story content pretty much on the fly. (Even The Division 3 wasn't planned and they just last year decided to actually release a 3rd game; which I don't think it the greatest idea IMO, but we'll see) These past few manhunts have been far more interesting and engaging than the initial manhunts missions.
To be honest, rather them reuse previous agents with a deeper history to the franchise rather than just introducing a new face that we probably wouldn't even care about. Seeing familiar faces going over to Brooklyn is more intriguing than three new randoms.
Considering they were driving over to Brooklyn at the end, pretty sure that's what the Brooklyn DLC is going to entail. Don't think we will see much more regarding that storyline until he DLC.
Gonna be interesting to see where this leads. Most Rogue Agents ended up dead.
but stll was a surprise,
now, Kelso never explains why she joined keener
and the player's agent, touches the sam black box and gets electrocuted just like Kelso!? wtf
and why?
Keener can't contrll the player's agent
and he says he cant allo sokolova to take over the world, is he against black tusk
will there be new seasons and manhunts or directly a new expansion and a new story fllowing this events in vanguard?
i need to talk to kelso
Well. No other game's have an ISAC system where an entire agency fully trusts and Cornell knew that which is why in this aspect it actually makes sense. Cornell deceived The Division knowing agents would believe what ISAC's readings were.
Obviously this season's story wasn't even thought of when the WoNY story was written, but Keener often repeats the question asking if agents (we) still trust ISAC. Even some of the True Sons propaganda broadcasts recordings touch on the subject of trusting ISAC. Of all of the garbage stories bringing back dead characters this storyline in The Division is more believable, actually makes sense and has other details in the game that tie it together.
I call complete B.S to anyone who says they predicated the outcome of this season or that Keener was going to be brought back for the Brooklyn DLC. In fact I remember reading rage posts about how Keener was killed off in the WoNY story.
