Memento is overrated. And there is allways a better and more optimal builds you can make with out it.

For solo play it's a good backpack. And I don't really see that many players use it to begin with.

I use it on several builds. I don't play the meta builds. Works great on my pfe tech build. I like to stop bad guys dead in their tracks with a scorpio while my turret and drone shred them apart. The regen alone negates any legendary hive action. I usually have to rez you reds while my tech saves us.

I do prefer the ninja backpack on some of my builds as well. a red 5 tech 5 with a pesti destroys.

for solo play you can go with cayote mask its damage can even surpass memento with the right bp talent hell you can even go with the bloodsucker or bullrush to cover its defansive abilitys sure than its damage cant pass max stack memento then but that max stack only stays for 10 second while you can make maximum %5 less damage with cayote...but all the time you dont even need to watch for any stack

Overrated only in an extreme CQB situation, something like legendary DUA where long TTK for tanks makes those trophies near impossible to even get to. Other than that all the buffs pretty much make it best in slot. I use it exclusively on my HB build where rightfully I should be moving a lot anyways.

For DPS its a waste of 30 to 40% talent dmg. Of course his example is complete trash to start. " DPS " with four blue cores is not a DPS build it's a hybrid and those are always weak. The video is content filler and nothing else. I'd never use it in any DPS build period, As for ways to use the pack effectively in endgame I will use it for an armor regen tank build or an explosive build. These are builds that squeeze out just a touch more in the right combo with the pack.
