I cannot find what materials are missing in order to optimize. I click on optimize and nothing happens. It used to show what you needed.

Not very intuitive but press X (the key for optimize) when in the menu and you get a list of what you are missing.

Unfortunately, this option is missing during recalibration...

Also if the attribute can be re-calibrated, I have noticed sometimes pressing x for the optimize option will not display because the re-calibration information is over the top of what would be showing for optimization information

I can't get to the page where it has optimize. All the weapons that can be optimized cannot be accessed abd have the message - item attributes need to be extracted. I don't know what the hell this means.

To optimize atribute you need first extract it to libary from other items and weps
If you dont got in libary max atribute what you want upgrade you cant doo that

The materials needed in the tinker menu not being there is a bug, it should be fixed tomorrow with update 20.1, at least according to the patch notes.
