Capacitor bug, new

Only 1 attribute can be optimized for the capacitor now (even if more than 1 attribute was already optimized before the update, but not completely) --> error message "Optimization: Slot attribute needs to be extracted".

after TU20 so called project resolved or whatever, you can now optimize only to % you have in library for that attribute/weapon or gear - so if u have crit damage for AR in your library extracted to 10% u can optimaze only to this point (10 is max i guess, but if if u have 9 u cant get higher) - and Capacitator is only AR with damage to armor as attribute - thats why u cant go higher with optimization - only recalibration (i tried several times 10% was max i get)

yes, that means u can just optimize the AR-DMG, so if you want a good Capacitor, keep on rollin...

.... and rng is just horrible, rolled dice like 40times in row to get damage out of cover for my st.Elmo - guess what - fochin NADA :D 40 T I M E S XD
