Can't buy credit with steam method [PC] [BUG] [CREDIT & STORE]

I can't buy credit with steam method since 29.12.2023 i miss already limited bundless i want to buy credit please i write support but they doesn't care.

Reinstall Ubisoft Connect "Uplay" & make sure your ubisoft connect overlay is enabled

hmm.. is it failing when you try to purchase in game? ( like is it the steam transaction failing? ) or is it something else?m if its steam try changing your payment method. or try just adding money directly to steam wallet then try to buy. also be sure not to use vpn if you have it on. sometimes it mess up steam payment as of region. if not that ..ubsoft ticket is only hope, it may take some time for them to get to you.

Same issue, it no longer directs to the steam store when you try to purchase credits, it seems you can only use the Ubisoft store now.

I can't my mail missing+phone number changing so can't log-in xd

They gain good money but never supporting well now i hate ubisoft i don't buy any online games ever on ubisoft

I'm writing 2 years ago for r6 issue and i look they didnt open yet hahaha very good supporting. They needs to more supporter for this ceo
