Vik League Bug :Coney Island Time trial
Time trial for Coney Island mission not allowing me to change difficulty for it and I've completed the mission twice on base story difficulty. The mission won't even allow me to matchmake in it, even int the second mission node on Coney.

The Pentagon and DARPA need to be completed in order for the Coney Island missions to count as completed in story mode aka the guy you rescue from Coney is to run tech you recovered from DARPA
