New player looking for a Clan

Hi all just started playing and was wondering what the best way to find English speaking Clan ? and do i need to be a set level to join or does it not matter ?

Clans can be joined by visiting Grace at the Base of Operations. Grace is unlocked after you complete three Theater Settlement missions. As for English speaking or even a active clan that would come down to luck. Your best bet is to do calls for back up and use the ingame voice ( c key ) and see if any answer with their mic's. I'd invite you to mine, were a adults only clan that play in groups but we're 90% US players so the active playing time would be off. I got one Brit member and he only jumps on for raids due to the time difference.
