Two-Step Verification problem, pls help
I have never gone through the Two-Step Verification process using Google Authenticator for Ubisoft games. The last time I played a Ubisoft game, they were still using Uplay.

There are no emails regarding this process in my inbox, so the guidance provided by Ubisoft is incorrect. Therefore, I am unable to access my Connect Play account through Two-Step Verification.

I managed to accidentally log into the account by opening the game, but I still cannot access my account settings. I want to disable this Two-Step Verification to avoid this kind of problem.

I opened a support ticket on December 28th, but I have not received a response yet.

I already use Google Authenticator for Rockstar Games and Square Enix. It's downloaded on my phone, but there's no Ubisoft key in the list.

You can try to login on their website. That is how I disabled this TwoStep blockade tool after UB stopped sending me emails. Support probably won't help, and will suggest to get a new email address. But that doesn't change anything. They should get rid of email as primary IDs and use customer numbers instead.

I can log on their website to check my support request status, but when I try to get into account settings, it asks for the Two-Step Verification code.

And, as usual, still no response from support.:steamfacepalm:
