Spawning Wraith Hunter
So I've done damn near everything that multiple guides have said, difficulties, no directives, clearing the area, day/night tme, shoot the lights, dont shoot the lights, salute the memorial, salute the flag, nothing is working.

How the bloody hell am i supposed to get this ♥♥♥♥ to spawn?!

go to location after 21:00-7:00 game time and shoot 2 lights then salute in front off memorial if its dont work restart game and try again so all is reset

And i have done exactly that, yet he still doesnt spawn.
Shoot lights, dont shoot, salute the memorial just like every video shows, restarted several times and he doesnt show.
