WT4 or NY?

Wondering. Brand new at game. Just finished Story mode. In World Tier 1. Would it be better to hit WT4 first, or go to NY now?

Go NY instantly.
Finish that and go back to washington as lvl 40
Thats when the game begins.

yep dont waste time on tiers they old thing on lvl 40 there no tiers

I would recommend playing through the base game before skipping to the DLC. The advice to skipping to NY instantly is terrible advice.

Play the content in the order it was intended imo. Just hit up each of the strongholds, finish with basin, and head on off to NYC. If you skip or boost you're losing out on some cool missions.

no point waste time on strongholds or wt, after ny dlc you will come back and run all these misions and strongholds when they invaded and progres all that xp to your season lvl and shd clock

If you finished the Black Tusk map (after you recover the presidents suit case) go to NYC, until then dont or you skip the second half of the campain (mostly lore stuff and cinematics, missions can be replayed in normal or invaded version)

get to wt5 first. Just run the black tusk strongholds and then do tidal basin. This unlocks 2 new areas/missions outside the main map. do the pentagon mission, then the manning zoo. after that, the main story is complete, THEN you take the helicopteatr to new york.

Im level 8 nub, what do that have now at level 40?

So after you beat teh story, you start World Tiers (loot gets stronger with enemies). However, you can do NY which starts at 30 till 40. Which creates a whole new world of loot tier. @40 no longer tiers but just the level itself. After i finished the main story I just skipped the tiers and went straight to NY. Just finished last night. So far, a lot of fun.

Except the last boss fight... that was dumb.

No way to unlock these later? I must get to Tier 5? And you're still level 30 when you go to new york?

No way to unlock these later? I must get to Tier 5? And you're still level 30 when you go to new york?

Tier 5 thing was prior to NY DLC. Now it is moot. Going to Tier 5 just delays you to get the max level of 40 and start working on end game. Plus you get gear that makes Tier 5 look weak, at start of NY
