Game still alive?

I mean, steamcharts is a bad indicator, since many play through EGS/Ubi launcher.
So is it easy to find a group through matchmaking for various activities in 2023?

Haven't played in a few weeks, the new season starts in a few days and am fixing to play as many other players will be too.

Throughout the game's life I have never had issues finding other's to play with.

It is easy to find a heroic mission through matchmaking at any hour of the day, bounties are usually good too during peak hours. You can also always jump into countdown matches. Probably not many playing through the story or at lower difficulties

I've noticed that any of the 8 player activities can take a while, but otherwise it's pretty easy to group up

I played thorugh the main campaign and now entered the addon area.. i never found anyone for doing the story missions. (at least at story level)

Just play the Story solo. It doesn't take long and the real game doesn't start until you reach endgame anyway. That would be Level 40 if you have the Warlords of New York Expansion.

Game is very active still, despite steam chart numbers which are just ok. Never gonna happen, but would be cool if they added crossplay. I feel on xbox and playstation I can find groups Much faster then Pc at times.

Main problem witrh game is maintenant unavailability eveery two or three days since 3 weeks at least

Very alive, matchmaking for heroic is always instant.

I can confirm this I only play on Heroic when looking for a team to play with. Solo I stick to Challenging as I’m not super high level.

Yeah that what I did. Funny after i have finished the campaign and searched for a random main mission i instantly found one with 2 ppl in it :D

Every Steam-User seems to forget frequently that many players are used to play Div2 on UbiConnect directly since we play it longer than it is available on Steam... So you can't give anything upon the Steam-Player-Count to say this game is alive or not...
