Firefly is nonfunctional?

I looked online and cant see why, but when i use firefly it immediately gets stowed after i take it out, and i tried changing the bind to instant ability use and same issue. At best if I spam the normal key it will actually launch, but wont target anything and just explode. I should just be able to hold it so I don't know what the issue is.

I have the same issue on all of them even on traps and heals
As soon as i press it takes in in hand then just trow it on the back ....if i spam the keys and mouse click it will go off

Bruh ive used cool skills before, it doesn't disable using a skill you pressed, it just puts the other one on cooldown.

It also doesn't go on cooldown (unless i use the other skill, or spam to throw it and it do nothing but then its the reduced 5 second cooldown) I can immediately attempt to use it again, but the same issue occurs

Ok found a fix least for me works.....had to disable cool skills and now i can use my skills
Activate it back still causes the bug and cant use skill :) every update keeps just braking the game more and more
