How to upgrade World Tier ?

I boosted my character to 30 beat the NY DLC and started my end game grind. I beat all invasion missions on Washington DC along with all available strongholds. But I see nothing about my world tier or it leveling up. Am I missing something ?

When u go to the White House crafting bench, what level is it? Also, did u kill Keener to get your watch?

Yes I already have the watch and crafting says level 40 high end. But I'm past 40 I'm on shd level 9 right now

World Tier is the base game's endgame levels. Your SHD level is now your endgame level for the DLC.

You may want to start looking into builds and how to farm gear for them so that you can gradually increase the world difficulty, for better quality loot.

You upgrade your World Tier by having a certain "gear score" or higher but you're over level 30 so that's not really relevant.

If you completed the main story, NYC or not, then there are marked missions in red that need to be completed. When finished, your World Tier will increase by 1 and you'll keep doing that until you finish the Capitol Building and Tidal Basin and you should then be at World Tier 5.

Since you're 30+ coming back from NYC it's going to look weird. You technically did stuff out of order.
