When you are 30 you should have good enough gear for world tier 1.
just get some better.
How do you do that?
Should be somewhere in map. I have never done it but i am sure it is there somewhere
Control points are at risk of recapture partly because they're linked to the high-end armour and weapon/ skill attachment blueprint acquisition that's introduced when control points have alert levels (alert level 3 or higher granting one of said blueprints).
If you want to keep all control points under your control, then attempt to take all of them as quickly as possible, because enemy forces come from enemy control points (reduce the number of enemy control points and you reduce the amount of pushbacks)
If you're intent on getting all of the blueprints but want to have friendly areas (supply drops, more spawn points and resupply points), then take and defend all of the control points except for an area which you can easily retake at alert level 3 or higher.
Defending control points is much easier than taking them because the player only has to deal with one wave of like six or seven enemies and offensive skills (striker drone and seeker mine for example) can wipe them all out in seconds.
It's not possible to completely get rid of pushbacks so far as I know, because even if the player captures all control points, an enemy force can still come from the three strongholds. (Black Tusk don't attack control points so far as I know)
You can't tell the enemies not to attack.
Kind of annoying really; there should be a point where they give up (like after 50 or 100 consecutive failed attempts or something) because having to deal with them every ten minutes gets in the way of doing anything else really.
Also, you aren't supposed to have an 'all green' board at WT1+ because taking over control points that are level 3+ award blueprints and you'll need every one you can get your hands on for up to WT5 and level 40 content.
Speaking of which, my level 4 CP are not giving me anymore blueprints and I still need to get more. Why?
If it has stopped for a while, it sounds like you may have obtained all the blueprints you can from CPs. Did you double check the crafting station for the bps you still need to see how they are rewarded?
Yeah. Since a while they are as like that for me:

No blueprints
And I still don't have a lot of them:

As other have mentioned, not all blueprints are from CPs. You need to go to the crafting station and check each blueprint to see where they can be found.
Also, at the crafting station, you can filter out the blueprints that you already have so that it only shows the ones you don't.
