Can't take over CP
I've cleared the Washington Monument as part of the season stuff, it tells me to "give signal" to take it over, but I can't, i've taken over ALL the other CPs in the sector and the ones around this one, but still bugged.
I've tried almost all I can think of, short of restarting the session/game.

Just walk out of cp area and come back it will fix it

That was one of the first things I tried, it only got fixed after I exited to the main menu and "logged in" again.

Sometimes it's the surrounding activities (Territory Control, etc...) are too close, I've been able to fix it by clearing those and then coming back.
