10 FPS with 4090, wtf is happening?

Playing this game with 4090, i9 13900K and 64GB DDR5. If i set the preset to "Ultra" i get smooth 144FPS, but if i set everyting on max, which is almost the thing, then i get only 10 FPS after restarting the game. What option is so damn heavy, so i can turn it off?

DX 12? Give it a try, in my case it was DirectX12, it must be poorly implemented as usual.

i go with an i9 13900KF and rtx 4090, game runs at 120 fps easy

Game optimization and stabilty, so far, sucks.

This is a rarely happening bug. Game thinks its on the background so it limits him self to 10 fps make it full screen or alt + tab couple of times it fixed own its owns

It's game for win 7 relesed first and nothing new for running on windows 10,
please optimise dev

Runs fine with 3070 and Ryzen 5800. My buddy is getting a bit over 60fps with his 1080ti and i7 10850k

I also have the same hardware, and would get drops to 10-15 FPS. Would mainly happen during status effects (mostly riot foam). The culprit for me was under Game Settings > 3rd Party - then turn off iCue RGB Lighting and MSI Mystic Light. Once I turned those off, I get a steady 175FPS. Hope that helps.
