Yes, you are right. Steam runs fine, but Ubisoft service was unavailable. Clearly the user's internet was the culprit. In other news, I find fanboys to be pathetic.
You don't seem to understand how connectivity works. It is a two-way connection and relies on YOUR connection to the server.
Since we all live in different parts of the world, no 2 connection is the same. Even your next door neighbor could have drastically different connectivity performance if he is using a different ISP, for example.
Where do you live. ?
In a cave in Afganistan or what.
It takes about 5 minutes to download full game.
Well a cave in Afganistan or a trailer in south USA could be same actualy
You are not wrong.
But as they say. A fool and his money is easy to seperate
He's more upset that it took him so long to download than the game being temporarily unplayable due to a service error. Just because I don't agree with you, doesn't make me a fanboy. I am aware of Ubi's short comings and have my own issues with them, I'm far from fanboying for Ubi of all companies.
And apart from that, I did not encounter that issue, heck I enjoyed it so much I ended up buying the game, on a deal sure but still.
