But the fact seems to be that actual, proper, mid- or high-effort content updates are rare. As far as I remember that skyscraper mode wasn't too well received either. So naturally they will ask themselves: Why even try? And Massive seems to be heavily split up, aren't they working both on a Star Wars and Avatar game right now? I'm guessing The Division 2 is really only maintained by a mininum skeleton crew. At least that's how it felt to me back then.
If I'm wrong maybe someone could correct me? I might actually jump back in, because I'm still kinda fond of the game and I don't hate the time I had with it.
Can I play it, or it's dead? Please be honest.
Thanks.
It's only $5, so I may just try the demo and if it runs pretty smoothly, I'll grab it. I mean, there's over 2,000 people playing right now, so I'd like to believe the crashes aren't THAT common. And there's probably fixes that a lot of people just don't take the time to try.
After begging to Rockstar to do ANYTHING with my beloved Red dead online and they abandoned it like some adopted children
Thanks technology
Ubisoft suck at everything for years now, but they are good at supporting their games in long term as far as I know.
Knowing how EA stopped Anthem/Andromeda and completely "forgot" about them, at least Ubisoft still doing some sort updates, they still updating Rainbow Six Siege.
