Bounties (Manhunt and otherwise)?
First off, just to get it off my chest, half my bounties seem to be about me running circles around some building, trying to figure out how to get to the target. Most of the bounties I've failed were because I didn't find my way in time (and that's a pretty long time after the initial timer has disappeared).
This is probably not a problem once you've played a few thousand hours and know every building by heart, but right now it's a tad annoying (I do also think at least one gate bugged out and didn't open when it should; I could swear that was how I got in when I had another bounty in the same place).

Anyway, I'm confused about the current reward track Manhunt thing.
I've done the first bounty, because it happened to show up when I looked at the Bounties map in a safe house, but most of the time there's just a yellow sort of triangular-ish Manhunt marker (not the round bounty marker) and two related white triangular-ish markers that jump around seemingly at random, and sometimes they shift places very quickly, so it doesn't seem like you're supposed to go to those locations (I did try, but didn't find anything). You can't select those markers either.

The first two bounties also had the same expiry (maybe?) timer, and I don't know what that means either (it was at three hours and something when I went to bed, so it must have run out now).
I can redo the first bounty because that apparently keeps appearing now, but there doesn't seem to be any point (the game says it has been completed).

What am I missing? How do I get the second bounty to show up?

15 minutes for each, you have to be really attentive, usually there is a patrol in the marked area that you need to dealt withm, after that depending on the bounty and where it's set some door or new passage will open that will lead you to the next patrol etc and yes, sometimes you will run in circles, but sooner or later you will learn the layout of most areas and will finish your targets really fast

both manhunt bounties and standard bounties should be randomized and freely roaming that district in which that bounty is in instead of being in a fixed, static position. I like doing bounties, but going to the same areas literally every time burns me out.

Otherwise, I don't see how you can run out of time finding a bounty. You just have to get within proximity of the area and the timer stops.

In reference to the gate bugging out. You're talking about the garage door, right? That should open when the clear out the enemies nearby?

I thought this was a bug too, but after some exploring, there's an alternate way in. The way you normally exit that area is the way you enter this time.

Overall, bounties should be freely roaming and in a randomized location in the district instead of the same 2-3 possible spots in each district.

There's a hidden timer after the 15 minute one. It's very long, but if you spend enough time not being able to find your way to it, the bounty eventually gets bored and goes home.
It's probably 30+ minutes but I have managed to run around like a headless chicken for that long in some cases.

No, it was ... um, I don't know the name of the building, but near the Potomac Event Center. Very large round building with an open air area inside in multiple levels. Maybe a hotel or such, that was turned into a quarantine area or CERA treatment center or something like that. Lots of fences and blocked off entrances.

I had several bounties in a row in there and in one of them there was a gate in the fence that was open. Near one side of the inner building.
I did three in there today where the entrance was a more central one, so I guess it varies.

I had a door shut in my face because the game apparently realized it wasn't supposed to be open in those conditions. That felt a bit weird.

yeah. It's especially galling getting bounties from hostages and it's the same one over and over, in exactly the same place. Though, I guess that's one way I can learn how to get into the buildings.

I've lost multiple bounties to Delta 03 error.
