All my clan members joined from inside the game. IMO that's a lot better strategy because you can see if someone's play style fits yours then decide if you want to join their clan.

Regarding raids, my suggestion is to check discord for Division 2 raid groups then mention you're looking for a specific weapon. You must have a raid-ready build though. All of the veteran raid groups will let you join if your gear is right. Or they'll tell you to fix it, most won't wait because you should have known, or they'll kick you without warning before the raid.

And just so you know, while the Eagle Bearer is a nice weapon, the talent requires a lot of work to proc. In fact if you don't get it just right that weapon is more likely to get you killed than save you. I had two, kept one, used it several times and most times it's in my stash right below Backfire which is also kind of a PITA. I'll use a Police M4, St Elmo, Capacitor, Chameleon even a Carbine 7 well before either of those. Again, fun weapons to try, but for most stuff you're better off with the others I mentioned. IMO.
