I need a hand with fixing my game

Ok, I know we all complain about crashes and stuff, this is not my problem here tho, my game is broken in other parts too...
My game is bugged and I have no idea how to fix it.
So, I have 2 problems going on:
1- Still have the side quest: "Use the computer to hear the recording between Manny and Captain Lewis", I remember doing that time ago, tho my game crashed during the audio and since that it still there (no I can't interact with it again nor the file verify did something)
2- I can't interact with Roy Benitez, idk why but if I go there I see the vendor icon, tho above Roy there is the orange icon (like when you have someone new on your base during the campaign)

If someone know what to do other than wait and hope for a bug fix please let me know

If you stand by the empty table to the right of him, do you get a 'talk' prompt?
Rhodes and Benitez are a bit odd that way; you have to go to their empty tables to talk to them after certain quest stages (and you can't interact with them normally until you've done that).

No idea about your first problem, though, not if you've already tried file verify.

refund the game, they don't deserve your money.

1. sounds like the bug that I got when someone else interacted with the pc. After the mission one of my clan members hit the button to play it. After that the game would have a prompt to use it but because the task has already been completed there was nothing to interact with. It eventually went away after an update.

2. Is as Similar says You must go to their actual table to talk to them not the vendor. We all learned that one the hard way.

SteveLosive is just upset he didn't receive a free Ultimate Edition even tho he begged for it.

That's very true. I don't want it for free though, I just simply wanted them to move my game to an alt account so I can rebuy its ultimate edition.
