Countdown

So my friend just fnished the game for the very first time, I wanted to play some countdown for him to get better gear, but he can't start it from the map, if he goes to the pilot he can both host one or join one, but from the map like I do, he does not have the icon; someone have any idea why?

Need a dlc new york for playng countdown. And finish the new york campaign.

He did that, the only thing he is missing are some secondary quests and shade points, but he completed the dlc

Ok in that cases not have done something. But for start countdown need search a matchmaking group because need 8 people.
