crit chance over crit damage or the opposite ?
Im running 4 striker gearset with memento and chameleon

Neither of them. Basically those 2 stats are a kind of a balance you need to achieve.
My sugestion would be to try to get the 60% crit chance and then dump the rest on crit damage. If thats not possible try to go for at least 45%

60% crit is max so aim for a chance near that number then the rest can go to crit damage. I'd drop the Chameleon for Lady Death. Hard to keep the proc on the Chameleon going were as moving gets you a 75% increase per shot with lady death.
