Skill Repair vs Repair Skills

"Skill Repair" is on my watch and just now realized I'm dumping points in to it not really knowing why.

I've always seen "Repair Skill" randomly on gear as a percentage and assumed it worked with something like the fixer drone.

So what's the difference between Skill Repair and Repair Skills?

ok so with the fixer drone
base (no mods and non heal build tier 6)= healing 39,025 hp/s
with 10% skill repair on watch (no mod)= healing 43,361 hp/s
with 10% skill repair on watch and 20% repair skills mod = healing 51,245 hp/s
in short its called "skill repair" on the watch upgrade and its "repair skills" on mods and attributes.
