So, If you already have division 2 on two ubisoft accounts, you can try to logout from ubisoft connect, login to account you want then start div 2 from steam.

Just to confirm, once you launch a game from Steam it will be linked to your Ubisoft account. You will not be able to play this game on a different Ubisoft account.

I'm having a similar problem right now and got into this by accident.
I have a game Rainbow Six Siege initially activated on the first account and I played there quietly, but I had to get a gift from a friend and-and I accidentally activated this gift deluxe version.... And I have a second account where For Honor... Now I can't play Rainbow Six Siege because I get thrown from account to account.
