Division 2 world tier 1-4 vs warlords
hi, so i recently brought the division 2 and finished the first round of missions. Is it worth grinding/completing world tier 1-4 etc or just skip it and buy warlords and do that end game content?

thanks in advance for any advice given

If you want to follow the story it makes more sense to run through the world tiers before heading to NY. Once you hit the DLC you're locked in until you complete it.

ahh ok thank you ill buy the dlc anyways while its cheap
I was wondering the same thing but being a completionist there is no way my conscious would let me skip and not do world tiers. From what I understand doing WT opens up a few more story quests that lead up to leaving to NY. I not sure those quests will still be available if you boost skip. In the end I guess It just depends how fast you want get to New York. I not much in a rush myself so it was just fun extra content for me.

World Tiers unlock mechanics in stages and have a few storyline missions in them. So they're worth doing once, I think.

Skip it unless you're really neurotic. You can do the warlords DLC then come back and do DC missions. Unless you somehow find the story really amazing I guess.

If you skip the DC part by jumping to NYC you will miss the best part of the game, which is leveling up. Unless you do not care to do same missions (end game) over and over at level 40. Besides this, the current state of the game also grants you some serious bugs when not playing the level up process and completing key activities first.

I did what I saw someone recommend online. If you don't feel like grinding out the Gear.
Do all the required missions to unlock the strongholds (after beating each stronghold your WT levels up). Then create a new character, boost it, complete the introduction for the WONY and just transfer all your level 30 gear over to your other character (You may have to spend some money at the vendors. You'll have about ~430 GS and make the strongholds a breeze to go through without missing story content.
