I wish to get the umbrella patch to replace the division one on the arm. How do you get this?

But this is over 2 years old. So I dont think its very up to date anymore.

If i would guess your SOL. Ive been playing this game since Day 1 the only event that has come back has been the christmas event. all the other timed stuff was a one time thing. Now i'm not saying they could bring it back. i just wouldnt count on it ever happening. sorry.

They linked you the post of when they did the event, which has been over for quite some time, and is unlikely to ever come back.

These 2 quotes are pulled from the post they linked should be enough:
"We are thrilled to announce that The Division has partnered up with Resident Evil to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their iconic games."

"The Resident Evil event is a limited time, so don't miss your chance to add these unique apparel pieces to your agent's collection."

You can still buy the outfits with Premium Credits but everything else is unlikely to come back, including the patches.

Yes, it's 2 years old. This means *drum roll* the arm patch can no longer be obtained!

You can still buy the outfits like Roovka mentioned.
