Pentagon Breach mission Glitch

I can see it's been reported on Ubi's forums over 4 months ago and it's still not fixed. Pentagon breach mission won't complete and locks further progressions.

There's a work around involving joining another player's group and having them start the breach mission, however I PLAY SOLO and don't have friends who play. Why hasn't this been fixed yet as it bars any further progression in the Firewall gear as you have to complete the Darpa labs mission further on from this. It's just stupid it's being ignored!

Fix the bloody pentagon mission

Just did the pentagon breach mission and cant start the next mission. Says i need to do the breach mission that i just did and i cant launch it again. Did some research for a fix and it turns out this has been an issue for over 2 years, with no clear way to fix it

Well Known Bug that hasn't been fix.

Be prepare cause there is a well know bug that hasn't been fix. Not sure if they will. The bug is the side mission "Pentagon Breach".

never had trouble with any mission, safe house, go up the rope fight outside breach, drop down the hole go up the ropes, clear the room, start pentagon mission. after that you can do darpa, If your still have trouble i can run you thru it quick

Pentagon breach mission bug

Has anyone managed to successfully complete this mission? How?

I tried with 3 chars and had 3 different outcomes:

1. The boss with the keycard got locked behind the doors --> cant progress but could replay the mission
2. The boss died and didnt drop a keycard. The door opend anyway but the mission didnt count as finished --> stuck and not repeatable
3. All went well the boss died and dropped the card but the mission still doesnt count --> cant repeat, stuck

I played the Pentagon mission then in am group but that doesnt help. If I try it alone it still says missing mission "Pentagon breach" - which i cant do...yikes

I went to the Ubisoft forums and the bug is known and will most likely - like so many others - never be fixed.

This issue has been reported to the game team already and is currently being investigated.

We don't have any further details on the investigation at this point though, but rest assured it's being looked into.

Thanks for the swift response. Really surprised to see such an open response with the view of trello and the workflow. As someone who works for an MSP and has to dabble in PM work it's actually really nice to see and understand where you're at with things.

I may have misread somewhere, but when it says the fix is due in TU17.1 when would that roughly be released?

When the Pentagon Penetration is already repaired, support does not respond for a long time, these 2 missions hold back my progress and interest in the game disappears

I just got to the Pentagon, saw the mission Pentagon Breach, completed it. It now shows "The Pentagon Main Mission" But shows that it's locked due to me being required to run Pentagon Breach..... The funny thing is, the mission I ran doesn't look like the same mission I found of people doing it youtube. It's like there are two different versions of it...

My first time trying to go the Pentagon was after I completed the other season 11 challenges, I opened the DARPA Research Labs, it allowed me to view the mission on the megamap, and I teleported to the region. I was in an underground or enclosed area there with no hostiles and no way out except to fast travel. When I opened my map I saw the safe house, so I fast traveled there. Going there gave me an exit to the stairs of the pentagon, and I could see the quest on the megamap, so I started it, ran up the stairs, blew up some explosives, went inside, killed some guys, activated the computer, finished the quest, and as I said above, cannot enter.
