I´m in the Tension Level, but I don´t know what to do at all and doesn´t understand anything at all.

well you will have to experiment with the rythim of tilting. be aware the level afterwards is also the same way. but the game becomes pretty cool again afterwards.

It´s really difficult! You have to twitch between the keys in the rhythmn of your heatbeat.
It´s strange and it took a long time to make it.
